As per Federal mandate, applicants for admission and employment, students, parents of secondary school students, employees, sources of referral of applicant for admission and employment, and all unions or professional organizations holding collective bargaining or professional agreements with Linn State Technical College are hereby notified that Linn State Technical College is committed to nondiscrimination and equal opportunities in its admissions, educational programs, activities and employment regardless of race, color, sex, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, age, disability or status as a disabled Vietnam-era veteran and shall take action necessary to ensure nondiscrimination.

 

Any person having inquiries concerning Linn State Technical College compliance with the regulations implementing Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 or the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 is directed to contact the Dean of Student Services by telephone at 573-897-5193 or by mail at Linn State Technical College, One Technology Drive, Linn, MO 65051.  The Dean of Student Services is responsible for coordinating the institution’s efforts to comply with the regulations implementing Title VI, Title IX, Section 504 and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

 

Any person may also contact the Office for Civil Rights, U.S. Department of Education regarding the institution’s compliance with the regulations implementing Title VI, Title IX or Section 504.
