The turf management, landscape, and horticulture industry accounts for sales of more than $25 billion annually. Career opportunities are expanding significantly and
continue to be in high demand. At LSTC, CTG students are offered accelerated eight week classes, which will permit a six month internship within the CTG industry. The CTG program completes classes in early spring to allow students to gain employment during peak industry hiring time. Graduates typically pursue careers as assistant golf course superintendents, golf course maintenance technicians, sports turf managers, horticulturists, landscape technicians, and nursery managers.
