2008 New Student Registration On Line Form

1.  PLEASE CHECK ALL THAT APPLY:
  I do not plan to attend Linn State in the fall.  Please cancel my admission.
  I am unable to attend the New Student Registration date, but DO plan to attend
      Linn State in the fall.

*NOTE: The following programs require students to attend a specific registration date. 
           All Electrical Distribution Systems students must attend the May 21st event. 
           All CAT Dealer Service Technician and Powersports Technology students must
           attend the June 4th event.  All Physical Therapist Assistant students need to
           attend the July 9th event.
